Reservation & confirmation 

Reservations can be made by e-mail or via the reservation form on the website. The reservation is final after receiving a confirmation e-mail.

 

Payment

Rental:

When making a reservation for a chalet, a deposit of ⅓ of the price is required. This amount has to be paid within 4 weeks after confirmation. The remainder is to be paid upon arrival.

 

Pitch:

The cost of camping can be paid before arrival or on arrival.

 

Arrival and departure times

The chalet is rented per week in the high season from Saturday 14:00 to Saturday 10:00. Outside the high season it is possible to book individual nights.

 

The reserved pitch is available from 12:00, on the day of departure the pitch has to be empty at the latest at 12:00.

 

In case you do not arrive on the reserved day of arrival and we have not received any notification, we have the right to rent the pitch to someone else after 24 hours.

 

Cancellation/Early departure

• In case of early termination of your stay, there will be no refund of the paid accommodation fees.

• Should you be forced to cancel your stay, the deposit will not be refunded until 4 weeks before the arrival date. Before that time, you can cancel the chalet free of charge.
